Discipline Contract

Mrs. Gardner’s 6th Graders

*Follow WRMS inside and outside of the classroom at ALL times!*

Rules of Conduct
1. Follow voice level procedures for PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support)
2. Come to class prepared and on time with all materials.
3. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.
4. Be RESPECTFUL of all classmates, teachers, and all classroom materials/equipment.
5. Always strive for your PERSONAL BEST!

Mrs. Gardner will document student behavior on a spreadsheet. These marks will be used as
documentation for eligibility for an award at the end of each quarter. If a student receives 9 or more
marks they will not be eligible to attend. Marks will be given for…
-Being Tardy
-Unprepared for Class: no pencil, no notebook etc.
-Daily Missing Assignments: homework, papers
-Not following classroom procedures
-Disrespect
-Cell Phone Use
-Excessive Talking
-Not following hallway procedures
-Not following cafeteria procedures
**Team Conferences, Office Referrals, Cheating, and Excessive Missing Work are automatic
removal from rewards.

Consequences Rewards
1 – Verbal warning Verbal Praise
2 – Silent Lunch Wildcat Tickets (10 = free sports admission)
3 – Student reflection and conference with the End-of-Quarter Celebration
