RE: LETTER OF DEMAND

Dear Mr. Estaniel,

The purpose of this letter is to demand payment of money owed regarding our contract.

On February 1, 2019 we have agreed upon under a Loan Agreement that I will be
lending you the amount of Php 15,000.00 with an interest of Php 3,000.00 payable after
one month or on March 1, 2019. As a part of our agreement, at the event of the failure
to pay within the time prescribed therein, by way of a penalty and interest upon breach,
an additional amount of Php 2,000.00 will be collected every 15 days succeeding from
the original time of payment as agreed upon.

I have made repeated attempts to collect, but you have not come forward with the
money.

I am demanding that you make the payment in full or the total amount of Php 28,000.00
inclusive of interest, by June 20, 2019.

I will expect a response to this three (3) days after receipt hereof.

If this matter is not resolved by the time specified above, I reserve the right to
commence a legal action to recover the sum of money without further notice to you and
this letter may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to pay. Legal action may
result in you having to pay legal costs, interest and could impact on your credit history.
