This letter is a personal claim for compensation for the flight FR3866 on 26/01/2019 in relation to
Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. As it is shown below, statistics and data prove that I suffered a delay
of more than 3 hours at my final destination, and flight reports and weather data sources show no
extraordinary circumstances or events.

I, Agnieszka Pogoda, a holder of a valid reservation for the aforementioned flight operated by you
and following your Terms & Conditions, am making a claim for full monetary compensation in the
amount of 400 EUR.
