Which all services provided by dealership to Honda Joy Club member are reimbursable?
Car Wash and Vehicle pickup/drop for loyalty members against a valid voucher redeemed on dealer panel are
reimbursable services*.
How do I claim my reimbursements for the services rendered to the Honda Joy club member?
The Services rendered to Honda Joy Club members can be reimbursed by generating Invoice from dealer panel of
services rendered as per the below timelines:
1) All Claims received till 10th of every month will be reimbursed by 10th of the next month.
2) All Claims received till 25th of every month will be reimbursed by 25th of the next month.
All claims for reimbursement must be made within 60 days of the date of service. Any claim for reimbursement made
after 60 days of the date of service shall not be entertained.
What needs to be handed over to the customer post his enrolment in the Honda Joy club program?
Once the Customer enrols into the Honda Joy Club Program, they would be able to download the Digital Welcome Kit
from the mobile app or his registered email ID. In case of a non-smart phone user, you would be required to Print the
Welcome kit and hand over to the Customer.
Hologram sent to you by Program Centre would be required to be affixed on the Print Copy of the Kit to ensure
acceptability of H3U Medical Card across Network Pharmacies.

Honda Joy Club is a program run by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and is managed by M/s Color Palette
Pvt. Ltd. (“Akkado”). Akkado, on behalf of HMSI, manages the overall development, maintenance and smooth
administration of program including the application. Akkado’s responsibility is limited to its agreement with Honda
Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
The terms and conditions cover limitations and exclusions on the liability of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.,
and associate partners of Honda Joy Club Program.
Definitions:
“Akkado” means Color Palette Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 is
responsible for running program operations on behalf of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
“Honda Joy Club Members” mean registered customers who have voluntarily enrolled in the Honda Joy Club
customer loyalty program.
“Honda Currency” refers to the credit of virtual currency in lieu of points earned by the members of Honda Joy
Club.
“Dealer Points” refer to the credit of Points earned by the Dealership on various parameters defined in the
Program.
“Dealer Wallet” is a type of Virtual Account which is used for transactions made online through a computer or a
smartphone. Wallet needs to be linked with the Dealer’s bank account to make payments. Using this facility
Dealer would be able to credit sufficient balance for purchase of Customer Welcome Kits in advance.
“Honda Two Wheeler Network” refers to the registered Honda dealership and service stations.
“Dealer App” refers to the unique App designed for Dealers using which they would be able to register and
participate in the Honda Joy Club program.
“Honda Joy Club Alliances” mean any or all of the present or future entities, partners, shops, departmental
stores, airlines, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies and other participating establishments in the program
whether with online or offline presence, in agreement with Akkado, where Honda Joy Club registered
customers can utilize Honda currency for availing benefits and services.
“Reward Catalogue” refers to the section where Dealers of Honda Joy Club can utilize their earned Dealer
Points against handpicked products mentioned in the catalogue.

“Redemption” refers to transactions, which results in utilization of earned Dealer Points by the registered Dealer
of Honda Joy Club.
“Dealer” shall mean the person engaged in providing the sales and service support to Customers at the
Authorized Honda Dealership.
“Working Days” means any day other than Saturday and Sunday or gazette Public Holiday.
The Dealer enrolment in Honda Joy Club Program is limited to Authorised Network of Honda Motorcycle and
Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
No Program fee is to be deposited by the Dealer for registering under Honda Joy Club program.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and its associates reserve the right to withdraw / amend the offers
and benefits for Dealers on account of non-adherence to Program - Terms & Conditions. In all such cases
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. decision would be final and binding.
Dealers who are also owners of Honda 2 Wheelers themselves are not eligible for participation in the Honda Joy
Club Program.
Dealer Points earned under program are Non-Transferrable and cannot be replaced or refunded in cash.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. is authorized to debit the account of Honda Dealer member for
any redemption, if credited incorrectly earlier and would accordingly inform the Honda dealer member later.
Dealer Points can be credited to the account of Dealers using the Honda Joy Club App.
Dealer Points earned by the member would remain valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of enrollment.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. shall have the right to roll back unutilised dealer points. After this
period the Dealer member would have no right to claim any benefit after Dealer Point Lapse.
Enrolment in the Program authorises Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. to send Program related
Communication on Dealer’s registered email address and mobile number.

General Rules and Regulation
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and its associates shall not in any way be liable or be under any
obligation to the participant, if the Honda Dealer Program is withdrawn or modified due to any unforeseen
circumstances beyond the control of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and its associates.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. would be authorized to take any administrative and/or legal action
against the Honda dealer member in the event of the Honda dealer member carrying out and / or attempting to
carry out any fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, forgery, any kind of concealment of facts or abuse of the
Honda Joy Club or of the rewards and benefits from the Honda Joy Club Loyalty Program. This shall include
forfeiture of the accumulated dealer points and related rewards and could even result in the cancellation of
Honda dealers Membership.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for participating in the Honda Joy Club Loyalty Program for Dealers
shall be resolved by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and its associates at their sole discretion and
shall be final and binding for the enrolled Dealer.
In all matters / disputes arising out of the Application Terms and Conditions contained herein, the competent
Courts in Delhi alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of all other courts.
Wallet Usage
Dealers are required to maintain sufficient balance as per the approved value by Program Centre for registration.
Dealer Wallet balance will be updated within 08 Banking hours from the time the transaction is executed by the
Honda Dealer.
Wallet Balance usage is restricted to purchase of Customer kit and any other transaction would not be
entertained.
The registered Dealers are advised not to share their login credentials with anyone. If shared, the Dealer will be
considered solely responsible for any misuse and “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and its
associates cannot be held responsible for any monetary or non-monetary loss.
“Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” reserves the right to update or modify the Wallet Policies or
related processes anytime without prior notice.
Dealers represent and warrant that they have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and
to abide by all the T&Cs as part of this Agreement.
“Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” reserves the right to suspend or permanently prevent dealer
from availing Wallet Services or using the Honda Joy Club Program.

Incentive Earning & Conditions
Honda Joy Club enrolled Dealer shall get gratification of 10 Dealer Points on every successful customer
enrolment, the same will appear in the Dealer App/Website post validation.
Honda Joy Club Dealers can redeem points only through the reward catalogue for Dealers.
“Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” reserves the right to withdraw, update or modify the Earning
Criteria, parameters or related processes anytime without prior notice.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw/amend Partner benefits, without
assigning any reasons.
All products offered are sourced from partners of Honda Joy Club Program. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter
India Pvt. Ltd. does not provide any warranty and would make no representation to the quality of goods &
services as would be provided by Program partners and will not be responsible if the goods / services are
defective or unsatisfactory in any way.
Products redeemed through the Reward Catalogue would be covered as per the Terms and Conditions and
Warranty of respective Partner Brands and “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd” or “Akkado” would not
be held responsible in any manner.
In case of transaction failure, where Dealer Points have been deducted, points will be reversed within 72
Business hours and the time duration for reversal are subject to change.
