CONSTITUTION OF:(NGO)

1. Name

Empower young minds of Pakistan.

2. Aim

Fill the gaps of lack of educational resources in Pakistan. This organization

aims to provide assistance and aid to those who can't afford education due to
high expenses.

3. Objectives

This organization will achieve its goal by:

* By creating awareness among people about the necessity of education.

Priority would be given to those who are orphans or live under the line
of poverty.

* Involving the local community to improve the standard of education

across the country.

* Spreading awareness about the crucial significance of education for

intellectual growth of young minds.

* Providing scholarships and grants to those who can't afford education.

* Breaking barriers between education institutes and young children to

prioritize education over child workforce.

* Visiting educational institutes in rural areas and make our level best to
improve the educational environment.

* Different events will be held for the moral grooming of students.

* Raising money from privileged members of society to create a grant

fund.

* A website to get donations from people within the country and from
foreign countries.
 * Work with local people and meetings would be held among members
of committee.

* Take any action that is lawful, which would help it to fulfill its aims.

4. Membership

(a) Any one interested in helping to achieve the aims and abide by all the
terms and conditions of working will be offered membership.

(b)The Management Committee shall have the power to refuse

membership to an applicant, where it is considered such membership would be
detrimental to the aims, purposes or activities of the group.

(d) Registration and termination of membership.

* Any member of the association may resign his/her membership

and any representative of a member organisation or section may
resign such position, by giving to the coordinator of the
association written notice to that effect.

* The Management Committee may, by resolution passed at a

meeting thereof, terminate or suspend the membership of any
member, if in its opinion his/her conduct is prejudicial to the
interests and objects of the association, PROVIDED THAT the
individual member or representative of the member organisation
(as the case may be) shall have the right to be heard by the
General Committee before the final decision is made.

5. Management

(b) The officers of the Management Committee shall be:

The Chairperson
The Treasurer
The Secretary

and such other officers the group shall deem necessary

at the meeting.

(c) The Management Committee shall meet at least thrice a month.

(d) At least five (5) Management Committee members must be present for
the Management Committee meeting to take place.

(e) Voting at Management Committee meetings shall be by show of hands

on a majority basis. If there is a tied vote then the chairperson shall
have a second vote.

6. Finance
 (a) Any money obtained by the group shall be used only for the purpose of
education and charity.

(b) Any bank accounts opened for the group shall be in the name of the
group.

(c) Any cheque issued shall be signed by at least two of any three
nominated signatures.

(d) The Management Committee will ensure that the group stays within the
budget.

7. Committee Meetings

(a) The committee shall meet at least four (3) times in a month.

(b) The quorum for a meeting shall be five (5).

(c) The committee shall be accountable to the members at all times.

(d) All committee members shall be given at least seven (3) days’ notice of
a meeting unless it is deemed an emergency meeting.

8. General Public Meetings

(a) The committee shall call at least two general public meetings each
year, the purpose of these meetings is for the group to account for its
actions and consider the regeneration and development of

according to the group’s objectives.

(b) The Chair of the group shall normally chair these meetings.

(e) The quorum for a General Meeting is twenty (20).
