SYNOPSIS This is an introductory course on financial management and it should


provide basic knowledge on how to make appropriate financial
decision. The empasis will be on financial performance and how to
use it for making decision, various sources of capital and their
costs,long-term investment, dividend policies and how they affect the
value of the firm and the basics of derivatives.The concepts related to
economics and accounting will be incorporated in this course.

((Kursus ini merupakan pengenalan kepada bidang pengurusan


kewangan, dan membekalkan pengetahuan asas dalam membuat
keputusan kewangan yang bersesuaian. Penekanan diberikan ke
atas operasi kewangan syarikat, dalam cara untuk
menganalisis dan membuat perancangan kewangan, permodalan dan
kos modal, dan pelaburan jangka panjang, dasar dividen dan kesan
kepada nilai syarikat, dan pengenalan kepada derivatif.
Konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi dan perakaunan
