First of all thank you to introduce myself.

My name is Mohan Seerangan

 I have more than 7 years of experience in Retail testing background especially in Point of Sale
(POS), Automation, Web services and E-commerce testing which includes Onsite in Loblaw
around 1 year and having Non-IT experience, worked as a lecture.
With Respect to QVC:-
 I joined QVC in the month of Jan this year.
 I worked in various releases on mobile regression testing with different geos like US, UK AND DE
using iPhone, iPad, Android devices.
 Then I moved to my account Journey team and involved in AEM wish list, core metrics,
Markdown by Skew, Smoke, Sanity, Adhoc, Exploratory testing, AEM regression, Commerce
regression, Automation scripts Analysis as part of UI verifications, Automation issue Analysis as
part of QA validation, Applause issue Analysis and API Web services automation using Postman
tool for Wish list and Shipping method with different geos.

With Respect to other projects:-

 I worked in various POS Packages like ELVIS, SWEDAMART POS, IBM Gasbar and USCAN
 performed EVM payment cards for VeriFone MX915 pinpad and certified using Collis brand test
tool
 Involved Multi vendor systems project and coordinate with different team for testing
 Coordination with offshore team and delivered milestone on time during Onsite assignment
 Developed many Innovative tools like automated Data Retrieval from DB for e-commerce,
different Barcode generator, Loyalty mass promotion XML file generator, different data file
generator from SAP to POS etc. using VB Macro
 Designed automation scripts and developed tool for test data using selenium web driver for e-
commerce applications.
 Experience in Defect Tracking and reporting using HP-ALM and JIRA
 Well understanding of software in Agile and Waterfall model
 Good exposure in HP-ALM, JIRA, SoapUI, ADPART test design tool, AQI & CRAFT framework.
 Involved various testing phases from Business Requirement Analysis, Shift Left defect detection,
test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Design, Requirement traceability, Test Execution, Defect
