2. Ensure the following mandatory documents are to be submitted for re-registration
a. Print out of Re-Registration Form
b. One Affidavit of Rs. 10 by student (Anti-Ragging)
c. One Affidavit of Rs. 10 by parent (Anti-Ragging)
d. Copy of Fee Receipt
e. Undertaking for Provisionally Promoted / Promoted with Academic Probation). – if applicable
3. Student Data Form (Separate for Hostellers and Day Scholars) – Uploaded on Amizone
4. Important – Submission of APW is mandatory and to be completed on the same day
