We, JANICE B. CACAYURAN AND MANUEL O. FONTANILLA, all of legal ages, Filipino,
and both residents of Brgy. Gonzales, Tubao, La Union, after having been duly sworn to an
oath according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That We are the Vendee of a certain parcel of land which I bought from SPS
PERFECTO V. CACAYURAN AND CIRILINA V. CACAYURAN by virtue of a duly
notarized “Deed of Absolute Sale of portion of a Real Property”, more particularly
described as follows:

2. That the above-mentioned parcel of land is non-tenanted, nor covered by the


Agrarian Reform Law;

3. That no permanent improvement had been introduced thereon;

4. That my total landholdings do not exceed the maximum allowed by law;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for all legal intents and purposes of the law.
