Yeah, I said WE need to decide. How is the walk through? They said the IBWC is kinda weak there but
cooperative. Rowdy still is entertaining of the idea of it on the levee....so if it needs the IBWC
Commissioner to approve the work then he would push it. What does RGV want and what are willing
to settle for?

main go to guy for PF225 fence is a rep from RGV. They will be at the heart of it all. If any sector
needs a deeply involved rep it is RGV. I thought you understood that we can have multiple sectors
represented up here but they can’t all be the “go to” guy. It never works out. You know how we get
lost trying to be in too many things at once. The sector reps will also need to help in the SBInet
solutions. (b) wouldn’t be the “go to” guy for that. Were you drinking from the Rio Grande?

You stated that BP was to staff up to ensure quicker communication and coordination with the field as it
pertains to PF225. Subsequently, you stated that we need several detailees for this purpose. But now
what I understand you saying is only one for PF225 and an undetermined number of personnel to assist
with SBInet coordination.
If this is the case, the expertise required is different.

Maybe I have a miscued sense of our teams dynamics but it sounds like something I should be aware
of. Not trying to pick a fight but it would help to know if we are bringing additional people on and how
it's going to affect our roles and responsibilities.
