address Burgos, San Antonio, Zambales, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE
JOSEPHINE M. BATICOLON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residence at Sta.
Rita, Minalin, Pampanga as my true and legal representative, to act for and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To represent me and transact business with the Registry of Deeds Tarlac, Land
Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s Office,
and other government offices or agencies in all matters relating to the transfer
and registration of a parcel of land situated in Culipat, Tarlac City, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2018007481;

2. To sign, execute, submit all the documents relative thereto;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or incidental
to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is
hereby given;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority

to execute and perform the foregoing power and acts, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do it as if I was personally present.
