MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

FOR PARTNERSHIP

Know All Men By These Presents:

This Memorandum of Understanding entered into this

__________________ by and between:

WORLD VISION DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC., a non-

stock non-profit organization duly registered and existing under
Philippine laws with main office address at #389 Quezon Ave. corner
West 6th St., West Triangle, Quezon City, represented by its Executive
Director, ROMMEL V. FUERTE, hereinafter referred to as “WVDF” ;

-and-

_____________________________________, a non-stock non-profit

organization duly registered and existing under Philippine laws with
business address at _____________________________, represented by its
Executive Director, ______________________; hereinafter referred to as
“____________”;

Witnesseth That:

WHEREAS, WVDF and ___________ have a shared vision in

____________________;

WHEREAS, WVDF and __________ believe that aforementioned

vision can be attained through a partnership;

WHEREAS, WVDF and _______________ augment and enrich each

other as both make unique contributions to the achievement of their
shared vision;

WHEREAS, WVDF and ____________________ recognize that a

collaborative effort between them is needed in order that the above-
stated objectives can be carried out effectively;

NOW, THEREFORE, the above parties bind each other to the

following agreement:

Partnership Agreement

The parties shall upon determination of a specific project or

undertaking such as but not limited to Disaster Risk Reduction, Relief
and Rehabilitation, Fund-raising, etc. shall execute a Memorandum of
Agreement to define the roles and responsibilities of the parties.

Partnership Commitment

Both parties commit themselves to fully observe integrity,

transparency, mutual respect and accountability;
Duration of the Agreement

This Memorandum of Understanding shall take effect from the date of

its execution and shall terminate upon conditions set forth in the
succeeding paragaraph.

Termination of Agreement

This Memorandum of Understanding can be terminated based on any

of the following conditions:

1. Upon mutual consent of both parties, for any reason.

2. If any of the parties may decide to voluntarily withdraw, for any

reason.

The concerned party shall initiate to inform the other party in

writing regarding such proposed cessation of agreement or
understanding.

3. If any of the parties to this agreement have violated any of its

provisions.

All efforts and means will be exhausted to resolve issues, first

based on the teachings of the Scriptures. After all means had
been exhausted, then the agreement will be terminated in
writing signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
