1. Uploading Drawings
A. From the Procore Toolbox, navigate to the Drawings tool.

B. In the upper right corner, click on Upload Drawings.

C. From the Upload New Drawings window:

1. Attach Drawing set PDF at Attach Files.


2. Create the Drawing Set, Drawing Date and Received Date.
3. Click Process.

D. The drawings will process and you will receive an email notification when they are ready to
review.

E. Click on Click Here to Review when prompted.


F. You will need to confirm for Procore where the drawing title and numbering is being pulled
from on the sheet. Click on Confirm and Go to Review. If the information is not correct, fill in
the correct information for Procore, and click Confirm.

G. You will need to review each sheet and correct any incorrect information. Click on Confirm
of each sheet.

H. Click on Publish when the set is ready.

2. Upload Drawing Revisions


A. Click on Upload Drawings
B. From the Upload new drawings window, assign a new drawing set title and revision number
from the advanced options drop down menu.
C. Click Process.

D. You will be notified via email when the drawings have finished processing.

E. You will need to review each sheet and correct any incorrect information. Click on Confirm
of each sheet.
F. Click on Publish when the full review is complete.

3. Viewing Drawings

A. Click on Edit to make any changes to general information of the drawing.


B. Click on Info to view any change history or download log for the file.
1. From the Info/Edit selections you may choose to download or email the selected
drawing from the toolbars on the right side of the screen.

C. Click on Open to open the viewer and make any markups or links.
1. Use the Zoom Tool to look closer at the drawing.
2. Use the Markup Tools to make any comments or sketches.
a. You may link your markup to a specific RFI, Submittal, Etc.
Note: Any markup you make that is NOT published will remain on your personal
layer.
3. You may download the drawing to your desktop using the download tool.
4. Click on the X to exit the viewer.
