Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering

Mechanical Engineering is involved in the design, analysis,
manufacture and maintenance of mechanical systems. Our
hands-on discovery-oriented program prepares students to apply
imagination and technology in meeting the complex requirements
of the modern word.
This course exposes students to a gamut of engineering activities
such as designing, planning, supervision and construction of
roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports, dams, water works,
sewage systems, ports etc.; paving the way for a multitude of
exciting career opportunities.

Electronics & Communications Engineering Computer Science & Engineering

Our innovative curriculum builds knowledge of theoretical
concepts and practical skills for professional tracks with
manufacturing industries, defence forces, aeronautics and
service organizations including broadcasting, consulting, data
communication, entertainment, research and development, and
system support.
The Computer Science & Engineering program exposes students
to software engineering, human computer interaction, intelligent
systems and electronic commerce. In a world that increasingly

Academics The Bachelor Arts Degree in Architecture is a five-year program
entailing 20 mandatory subject streams, and a string of electives

Real Learning Our curriculum spread over 10 semester focuses on three main
areas: Development of Spatial & Design Skills, Technology and
Environmental Sciences, and Society and Human Behaviour.
At the outset, the curriculum is geared towards basic knowledge
building and theoretical comprehension, whereas the later years
emphasize practical application and experimentation.
Students are evaluated based on projects, assignments, written
exams, portfolios, site investigations and participation in
workshops, to gauge technical comprehension and practical
proficiency.
Admission
BEADS offers up to 100% scholarship for meritorious
and deserving students, including those from
economically disadvantaged backgrounds and
those who excel in sport, NCC, NSS and other extra-
curricular activities.
Admission is subject to passing the National Aptitude Test in
Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Eligibility
10+2 Senior School Certificate or its equivalency, with a minimum
of 50% aggregate marks, and Mathematics and English as
subjects of examination at the +2 level, and a minimum of 40% in
the NATA.

10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by the central/state
government with 50% aggregate marks and 40% in the NATA.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, after 10 years of
