MAJOR PROJECT DETAILS

Working on various Projects, performing engineering and designing role

 Involved in site Visit, gathering equipment dimensions (section and Elevation), Vendor Data sheet
and understanding the plant process.
 Designing & modelling the pipe routing based on P&ID and vendor data sheets using 3D tools such
as AutoCAD plant 3D & Cadworx using Codes and Standards like ANSI/ASME, API, BS and ASTM.
 Preparing Plot plan, Nozzle orientation drawing, piping layout, Equipment layout (section,
Elevation) and GAD drawings.
 Preparation of piping Isometric drawings from piping Layout for fabrication and erecting work.
 Checking of isometric as per Piping layout, Line List, P&ID & Piping Specification.
 Modification of P&ID as per final designed Isometrics.
  Preparation of Line MTO using P&ID, Piping Material Specification and Valve Data Sheet.
 Preparation of Equipment fabrication drawing based on customer request.

 Preparation of piping GAD
 Modelling of equipment’s in Cadworx as per vendor drawings

 shed & Nitrogen Cylinder Shed in Cadworx.
