HOW TO BE CONFIDENT

I. Introduction

1. Attention Grabber

Have you know about how to be confident in our daily lifestyle?

2. Introductory Remarks

Actually,people nowadays are lack in having a confidence and some of


them don’t know how to be confident.

3. Reveal Topic

Today,I would like to talk about how to be confident in our daily


lifestyle.

4. Preview

Let me tell u about the factors that affecting people not to be


confident and ways to overcome this problem.

II. Body

A. Depression

Depression can actually stem from a lack of self confidence. When you
consistently feel self critical about what you do and things in your life it can
lead to becoming depressed. Although depression can have many roots,
lacking self confidence can contribute to it. Everyone feels unsure or a lack
of confidence from time to time. However, if you have low self confidence
most of the time you can take action to change it.

B .Trauma

Abuse whether physical, emotional, sexual or a combination of these often


causes feelings of shame and even guilt. A person may feel that he or she did
something to deserve the abuse, that he or she was not worthy of the
respect, love and care of the abuser. People who have suffered abuse may
have a significant amount of anxiety and depression associated with the
event as well, which can interfere with a person’s ability to lead a fulfilling
life.

C.Then,let me tell you what are the ways to keep someone have confidence.

D. List your Weaknesses

Write down what you consider to be your weaknesses or faults. Use positive
words instead of negative ones. Try not to exaggerate. Use descriptive
language. Be as specific as possible.

E. List your Strengths

Make a list of all your strengths. Try to list as many as possible. If you have
trouble coming up with strengths, ask someone who knows you well to
assist you. Avoid backhanded compliments.
F.Get more sleep

Rather than relying on medication, your aim should be to maximise your


relaxation before going to sleep. Make sure that your bedroom is a tranquil
oasis with no reminders of the things that cause you stress. Avoid caffeine
during the evening, as well as excessive alcohol if you know that this leads to
disturbed sleep. Stop doing any mentally demanding work several hours
before going to bed so that you give your brain time to calm down. Try taking
a warm bath or reading a calming, undemanding book for a few minutes to
relax your body, tire your eyes and help you forget about the things that
worry you.

III. Conclusion

A. Summary Of Main Points

In conclusion,confidence is one of the important aspects to be a better


person.But some of them are failed to have confidence and they have to
change their character.

B. Concluding Remarks

Since confidence plays a important role in people’s life,everyone should be change


their bad character to good character which is being confidence.If they become
confident,they will succeed in life.
