Dear Sir:

This is to quote you the following scope of works to be mobilized and estimated for completion
within 15 days (for partitions and doors only) with 12 workers.

1. Installation of Metal Studs for partition wall frames.

2. Installation of hardiflex partition walls.
3. Painting of hardiflex partition walls.
4. Installation of doors for partition walls.
5. Installation of under the mezzanine stair covering for mini kitchen.
Additional Activities

6. CHB wall Cutting and Installation of exit door and exit stair.
7. CHB wall Cutting and Installation of 2-panel glass door at GMG Bldg. main hallway.
8. Installation of Steel wide flange beams and joists for the additional steel mezzanine
floor.(to be confirmed)
9. Installation of steel plate mezzanine slab. (to be confirmed)
10. Rust protection and Painting of steel mezzanine floor. (to be confirmed)
