INTRODUCTION:
Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (the Company) is a Jubilant Bhartia
Group Company. The Company was incorporated in 1995 and
initiated operations in 1996. The Company got listed on the Indian
bourses in February 2010. Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia, Mr. Hari S. Bhartia
and Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Jubilant Fresh Pvt. Ltd.)
are the Promoters of the Company. The Company & its subsidiary
operates Domino's Pizza brand with the exclusive rights for India,
Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
The Company is market leader in the pizza segment with a network of
1,200 Domino’s Pizza restaurants across 271 cities in India (as on
Dec 31, 2018). The Company is the market leader in the organized
pizza market in the pizza home delivery segment in India. Domino's
constantly strives to develop products that suit the tastes of our
consumers and hence delighting them. Domino's believes strongly in
the strategy of 'Think global and act local'.
Thus, time and again we have been innovating with delicious new
products such as crusts, toppings and flavours suitable to the taste
buds of Indian Consumers. Further providing value for money and
affordable products to our consumers has been an important part of
our efforts. Our initiatives such as Fun Meal and Pizza Mania have
been extremely popular with consumers looking for an affordable and
value for money meal option.
OBJECTIVES:
 To study consumer behavior.
 To study factors influencing consumer behavior
 To examine purchasing behavior of the consumer.
 To know the consumer satisfaction in delivery of their order.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
The research was based on:
 Primary Data Collection
 Secondary Data Collection
To reach to the detailed study and deeply analyzing the market for
dominos The method of preparing the questionnaire based on findings
based on secondary data collection and finally to review and check
the depth of collection of secondary study based on that primary
survey conducted by preparing the questionnaire and getting it filled
by the people loving taste of dominos itself; i.e. by the people visiting
to dominos.
 The Sample size of 140 people were collected.
 This way of collection of data facilitate to obtained maximum
information related to dominos with minimal expenditure.
 Save time and money because of collection of detailed
information from field survey.
 Helps in attaining maximum accuracy and reliability.

ABOUT SURVEY FINDINGS:

1. Sample Size:- 140


2. Sample unit is meant to define the individual taken into
consideration for purpose of research. Here we did the research for
dominos and here sample unit was Food aggregator i.e. to closely
study about the pattern and buying behavior of people towards junk
food especially Veg and Non-Veg pizza’s
3. Based on the survey most of the people prefer eating pizzas at
dominos due to high level of customer satisfaction at dominos due to
their various offerings varieties and quality of service in dinning,
Take away and home Deliveries.
4. Verifying the entire sample study in pizzas the market share for
dominos is higher and emerged as people’s choice due to best service
they provide entire as a unit.
FUTURE SCOPE FOR THE TEST:
It’s expected to apply Z-Test or Regression Based Analysis over the
obtained reposed but to conclude and come up to the final conclusion
its needed to check responses of same group of people over time so
for that Longitudinal test will be applied.
