PORT MANAGEMENT OFFICE - DAVAO
DAILY PORT OPERATIONS MEETING
Date: August 17, 2019
2 The PO advised PCG to expidite their letter intent to transfer their office at the Operations bldg., specifically at 4th floor. They're also reminded that their VHF radio should always be open
particularly distressed calls.
3 The PO discussed on stray dogs roaming around the port that these dogs must be eliminated. Requesting PPO Lim to direct all security guards on all access points not to allow any pets/dogs during entry.
4 FILPORT and MERIDIAN Cargo gave their statements in connection with the deformed bars left at the apron/marshalling yard by MV Meridian Cinco, as of this meeting, only 1 truck hauled the said cargo.
5 The PO once again reiterated the system of ASR that should be on after shift be submitted to PPA i.e. 0700H-1400H ASR must be submitted 1401H onward, or on 1400H-2200H must be submitted 2201H o
before end of shift.
