Dear Tenderer,

This Letter of Invitation is sent on behalf of Interim Owners Association - Grosvenor Business Bay Tower
to the Service Providers to inspect and submit their valuable proposal for Annual Maintenance Contract for
Housekeeping Services considering the below mentioned terms and conditions.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

2. CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract will be for duration of Thirty Six (36) months and may be extended depending on the value of
the services provided and on mutual agreement in writing.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
I. The fee shall be paid within thirty (30) days in arrears upon submission of the invoice and service reports
acknowledged and verified by SOAM FM Team Monthly

4. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated at any given time by either party with written notice sent via email or courier
thirty (30) days prior to its effectivity.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Service Provider shall maintain at its own expense a Professional Indemnity, Third Party “all risks & Workmen’s
Compensation policy of insurance up to a limit of AED 10,000,000/- to cover the liability of the Second Party in
respect of any act, default and the Services for which it may become liable to indemnify the First Party under
the terms of this Agreement and to arrange that the [minimum or total] cover per claim of that policy is
AED 10,000,000/– to be attached along with the hard copy of the contract.

Service Provider shall provide all certified true copies of its trade license and all relevant License Certificates
from Dubai Municipality, Dubai Protective System, Dubai Accreditation Department and Dubai Civil Defense
–to be attached along with the copy of the proposal.
6. This proposal shall be governed by the laws and standard of the United Arab Emirates.

7. The proposal shall be valid for 150 days from the proposal submission date.

Site Inspection and Tender Submission is as per the given details below; Kindly submit the Acceptance Letter
signed and stamped along with the proposal. Kindly submit your proposals via Email Submission
