National High School
2. Ang pangunahing linggwaheng gagamitin ay sa wikang Filipino
3. Ang napiling piyesa ay dapat orihinal na gawa ng mananalita

4. Ang haba nito ay hindi dapat lalagpas sa sampung minuto, kung ito ay lalagpas ng kada
sampung segundo kakaltasan ang kalahok ng isang punto

5. Ang mananalo ay hahatulan sa mga kategoryang ito:

(Kaugnayan sa Tema) Relevance to the Theme- 25%

(Pagtatanghal) Stage Presence-20%

(Emosyon sa Pag-bibigkas) Emotion in Deliverance - 15%

(Estilo) Style- 10%

(Kaayusan at Kaliwanagan) Organization and Clarity- 20%

(Epekto sa Madla) Audience Impact- 10%

 Acoustic Band Competition

Guidelines:
1. The Acoustic band competition is open to all students of Ilocos Sur National High

School.

2. The Band should have a minimum of _____ members and a maximum of ____. They will

be required to bring their own musical instruments but microphones will be provided.

3. The Band should prepare two (2) love songs. Songs can be an original piece/ original

composition or a cover.

4. The time allotted for the whole performance is 7 minutes. In case of exceeding the given

time, 1 point will be deducted for every 10 seconds.

5. The contestants will be judged according to the criteria for judging.

Criteria for judging:

MUSICALITY

 Vocal power 40%

 Instrumentation 20%

 Creativity in rendition 20%

STAGE POWER

 Stage presence 10%

 Audience impact 10%
