Secret of Happiness

Valuation of things:
There was a richest person of the
world. He almost have everything in this world
but one thing he was lack of was happiness. He
talks to some people that I don’t have
happiness in my life they suggest him to go in a
jungle and meet a BABA JE, the miracle of that
BABA JE is that he tells you the secret of
happiness.
That Person travels into jungle and when he
reached their BABA je is sitting in meditation
and making MUNDRAS. When BABA je open
his eye and ask him what brings him here? That
rich person said that I am the most rich person
of the earth but I don’t have happiness in my
life. The BABA je ask what is the most
expensive thing you have? The person replies
that I have the KOOH-E-NOOR .BABA je said
you bring that kooh-e-noor to me, I will not
take it but just take a look of it and I will tell
you the secret of happiness. That person brings
the kooh-e-noor and give it to BABA je. BABA
je take the diamond and start Running that
person start running behind him to catch the
BABA je but BABA je was very athletic , BABA
je climb up to the tree .the rich person
standing under the tree was asking BABA je to
give it back. BABA je asked that if you put you
nose to the earth I will give it back to you.. the
person Do as the BABA je said , when he do it
baba je drops the diamond to him, he catches
the diamond and hug it with happiness, BABA
je said NOW YOU ARE HAPPY.
We should give some value to the things
when they are with us , once they are gone you
will know their value but cant get them back.

Training Schedule:

Day: 1 (session 1) :
In the first session we will
explain what the happiness is and how do we get it,
its symbol and many other things related to

happiness. Then we will tell you that how we have
false our happiness by choosing wrong things and
working for where we can never reach by giving
you 2 options.

networking, having relationships
at early age which can cause
depression sometimes
Adulthood Not having a proper job, financial
position, workplace issues

past, they have accepted that they
are now just waiting for death.

Day; 2 (session 2):
In the second session we will
give you the reasons step by step how we have
given up on happiness and some reasons
because of which we are not happy about our
life.

Acceptance;
Acceptance means that you have to be
comfortable with who you are.
There was a girl in our neighbor who was very
beautiful but people have teased her so much that
you are not beautiful, you are such a waste etc. etc.
that she attempt suicide for 2 times.

Day;3 (session 3):


In the third and last session we will
tell you some secrets of happiness that how we can

be happy in our life just by adopting some of these
most common things.

What is Happiness?
What is happiness? People have
agonized over this question for centuries, but only
recently has science begun to weigh in on the
debate.
The research suggests that
happiness is a combination of how
satisfied you are with your life (for
example, finding meaning in your
work) and how good you feel on a
day-to-day basis. Both of these are relatively
stable—that is, our life changes, and our mood
fluctuates, but our general happiness is more
genetically determined than anything else.
For Example:
When we were child, after being
caught from the same cur-ton every time we smile
and laugh the same way we laughed first time. It is
the true happiness.
“Symbol of happiness is smile.” The way you tell
someone that you are happy is by smiling.

I have a brown shades, when I put them on I see
everything brownish or brown.

Every one of us have a glasses on their eye through


which they see the world. Some of them have the
glasses of happiness through which they seek
happiness in things on the other hand some people
have
the

glasses of sadness.
This project is about whether some of us have to
put the glasses on and some of us have to take off
them to see the real world.
I give you two options you have to choose one of
them.
You will have everything in life but no
Happiness.

You may not have everything in life but you will
have happiness.

If your choice was first option then you have to


know that the first option is far from the reality
because no one can have every thing in this
world.

The second option is near to the reality but sadly


everyone is working on the first option.
When we were in school we think that we will be
happy when we go to college, when we reach to
the college we think that we will get happy when
we get admission in university, we have bike, if
we get car we become happy,
Even after getting admission and a car we didn’t
get happy.

Why we need this training?
Almost everyone is having some problems in
their life, some people are not happy with their
jobs, some are having always stressed due to their
financial position. Problems like these are very
common and due to these people are not happy.
Just stand on a side of the road observe that how
many people you see smiling? 1 out of 100 may be
have a smile on his/her face.
After observing these things our group thinks that
we should have to conduct a training on this topic
so that may be because of us someone gets happy
in his/her life.

Connecting with people:


Whenever someone go
to the psychologist and complains that he/she
is not happy the first question they ask is that
do you have friends? Tell me the name of your
oldest friend. The mostly answer they get is
that my oldest friend is of about 2 3 days.

Few days back I meet with my best friend at
Gloria jeans , I tell him lets sit on the outside of
the roof because there will be a lot of laughs
and might the staff can ask us to get out. We sit
there for 3 hours and talk about every little
thing that we can never thought of sharing with
anyone else. Friendship takes you out of time
and space.

Be in Present:

Be in present means that you should have to


think about your present and just be where you
are. You should not think about your future
because you don’t know about it, and you also
don’t have to think about your past because it
is gone.
If a teacher is giving us a lecture and in that
lecture she gives us an example of frog, and I
start thinking about frog that yeah we see it
when we were young etc. etc. , by doing this I

am not in the present moment any more I have
gone very far.
The last secret to be happy is to control your
mind to be in present. You can do it by
meditation, by yoga etc.
