Finder’s Fee Agreement

1. Finder agrees not to participate in or conduct any negotiations with Client.

Finder represents that he/she is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.

2. Referring Broker hereby delivers to Finder the name and identity of the following prospect (Client):
