SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SILDA P. VIDAL, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of barangay Magatas,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental by virtue of these presents, DO HEREEBY name, and appoint my brother,
ISIDRO PAKIT, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident barangay Magatas, Sibulan,
Negros Oriental, as my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts and deeds;

1. To get a Fencing Permit from the Local government of the Municipality of Sibulan and to
Fence Lot No. 737-C (737-A) situated in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental;

2. To sign whatever documents or papers pertaining to and relative to the powers above-
granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact, full power and authority
to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might be or could lawfully do, if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
