ANTI-TIPPING DEVICE (SAR) CALIBRATION:

Machine with Matrix EVO type dashboard; machine
with or without front stabilizers

(MATRIX-EVO Dashboard Panel)

Start the diesel engine.

Press to access the MENU.

Use buttons UP and DOWN to select icon and press button OK

to confirm.

Digit password 8696 using buttons UP , DOWN and OK .

You have accessed the SAR MENU: calibration procedure can start.

Select icon and press OK to confirm.

MACHINE MUST BE ON A FLAT GROUND, NOT BRAKED, WITH NO LOAD ON
FORKS, AND WITH ALL FOUR WHEELS ALIGNED.
Referring to the machine load chart, get a load of known weight (we suggest about
50% of maximum machine lifting capacity): i twill be used during calibration.

If machine is cold, we suggest to use it a few minutes in order to warm up the gear
oil, especially if a new load cell has been fitted or the same one has been re-
positioned.

Select fork mode.

Use buttons UP and DOWN to select:

- YES in case the machine has front stabilizers

- NO in case the machine doesn’t have front stabilizers

Press OK to confirm.

With no load on forks, boom completely in and fully up.

Press OK to confirm the first key point.

Lift the load previously prepared to no more than 20 cm from the ground.
Boom out till the movement should stop (please refer to the relevant load
chart with no stabilizers)

Wait a few seconds to make any boom oscillation to stop and press OK to
confirm the second key point.

IN CASE THE MACHINE HAS NO FRONT STABILIZERS, SKIP POINTS 7 and 8

AND GO DIRECTLY TO POINT 9; IF THE MACHINE DOES HAVE FRONT
STABILIZERS, GO TO POINT 7

7.
Put down the load. Completely extend both front stabilizers.
With no load on forks, boom completely in and fully up.

Press OK to confirm the third key point.

Keep the stabilizers extended.
Go down with the boom. Lift the same load as before. Keeping it at no more
than 20 cm height from the ground, boom out till the movement should stop
(please refer to the relevant load chart with stabilizers)
Sfilare fino a raggiungere il limite di ribaltamento indicato dal relativo
diagramma di portata su piedi stabilizzatori.

Wait a few seconds to make any boom oscillation to stop and press OK to
confirm the second key point.

9.
Calibration procedure is finished. The system will give you an OK confirmation.

Shut off the diesel engine.

Check the anti-tipping system and make sure that it works properly.

BOOM ANGLE and LENGHT SENSOR

CALIBRATION (cable reel): machine with AL-GA TFT
dashboard, basket arrangement and CCR cable reel
Start the diesel engine.

Press to access the MENU.

Use buttons UP and DOWN to select icon and press button OK

to confirm.

Digit password 8696 using buttons UP , DOWN and OK .

You have accessed tha SAR MENU: calibration procedure can start.

Select icon and press OK to confirm.

Retract the boom.

Position the boom at 0°.

Boom fully out. Rising the boom is not necessary.

6.

Press OK to confirm the second key point.

Make sure that the angle-length sensor is working properly.

Shut off the diesel engine.

PLANARITY SENSOR CALIBRATION: machine with

AL-GA TFT dashboard and basket arrangement
Note: Early production machines with basket arrangement didn’t get any planarity
sensor.

Start the diesel engine.

Press to access the MENU.

Use buttons UP and DOWN to select icon and press button OK

to confirm.

Digit password 8696 using buttons UP , DOWN and OK .

MACHINE SHOULD BE ON AN HORIZONTAL PLANE, NOT BRAKED AND WITH
NO LOAD ON FORKS. Boom fully in and down.

2.
Check the tires pressure. All tires must have the correct inflate pressure.

3.
If machine doesn’t have stabs but it has a leveling system, please level the
machine referring to the bubble inside the cab.

If machine does have stabs, please fully extend them.

If machine doesn’t have stabs nor a leveling system, please skip to next point.

4.

Press OK to confirm the second key point.

Shut off the diesel engine.
