RESERVATIONS CONTRACT

Following our discussion, April 10, 2018, we are providing you with a written quotation and contract
for your reference. It will remain valid for your particular event date (which is set on May 12, 2018.
In the instance that the event alters, it may be necessary to review and reissue the quotation and
contract.

3. COMPUTATION

**Price computation is based on a 100 pax minimum guests. In excess of 100 guests will be
subject to additional charges and breakages if any..… Service charge of 10% is waived as
discount

4. PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% down payment PHP20,250.00 (due up0n confirmation)
Rest 50% Balance PHP 20,250.00 (due on the event date)
***Reservation Fee of PHP5,000.00 paid April 14,2018)

5. CANCELLATION
In the event of breach or cancellation of disagreement by Customer, the Caterer shall forfeit
30% of the total Contract price.
If the Client Shall cancel or be deemed to cancel the event less than one week prior to the
event date specified in the agreement, then the Client will remain liable to pay 50% of the
total Costs and within the event date cancelled, a total of 100% will be liable to pay by the
client.

6. OTHERS
This agreement is contingent on the absence of strike, accidents or any case beyond caterer’s
control. The Caterer also reserves the right to make reasonable substitution upon
notification of customer.
