Job Purpose

 QA Digital Curator will be responsible for quality validation of Digital Curator agent
 The title reflected to be involved in all aspects of maintaining the procedure validation or curation
data merchant

 Quality Assurance (QA) analyst have target do
evaluate transaction agent every week with 4
sampling data.
 QA analyst do evaluate using the Scorecard

  QA Analyst is responsible to monitor and evaluate
transaction done by agent through retrieval data
from admin portal
 Based on evaluated agent, if found wrong action
or wrong validation, QA Analyst is responsible as
auditor give inform to Digital Curator Section Head
as report
 Digital Curator Section Head will instruct the Team
Leader to coach the agent by provide fact and
data transaction
 Digital Curator Section Head, QA and Team leader
also will coordinate with learning and development
to conduct refreshment training and hearing
session
 QA Analyst in addition to the task of beside do
evaluations, it also checks all merchant data that
has been validated whether there are found
inappropriate things and send a report to the DC
Section Head
 QA Analyst will make report Month to Date (MTD)
and delivered to DC Section Head

Requirements

Education S1 Degree in a related field
Related Experienced Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a leader on data analyst
