CALL TO WORSHIP

Psalm 5
But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your
holy temple in the fear of you. Lead me, O Lord, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make
your way straight before me.—Psalm 5:7–8

Psalm 9
I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. I will be
glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.—Psalm 9:1–2

Psalm 66
Shout for joy to God, all the earth; sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise! Say to God,
“How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you. All the
earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name.”—Psalm 66:1–4

Psalm 100
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with
singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the
sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him;
bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all
generations.—Psalm 100

Malachi
For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name will be great among the nations, and in every place
incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering. For my name will be great among the nations,
says the Lord of hosts.—Malachi 1:11

Matthew 11
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and
learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. —Matthew
11:28–29

Hebrews 4
Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let
us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our
weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with
confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time
of need.—Hebrews 4:14–16
