HOW TO READ THE RESULTS

Above are the results for all completed trades posted to the CryptoVince Premium
TA channel between January 1st and January 31st, 2019.

In the tables above the R:R Ratio is the Reward:Risk Ratio.

In the results we use a FICTIONAL Example Portfolio to show the profit or loss per
trade. For the Example Portfolio we assume $10,000 USD in trading capital, and
we risk losing 1% of our capital per trade (we call this amount ‘R’).

We define our potential loss per trade as:

Potential Loss per Trade = $10,000 x 1% = $100 = 1R

(This means that if a trade fails the capital lost is $100. The actual position size may be much larger.)

The trade results are measured in units (or multiples) of ‘R’.

• An R:R Ratio of –1R indicates that a trade reached the stop loss level and
$100 was lost in the trade.

• An R-value of greater than 0 indicates that a trade closed in profit.

Therefore, for example, a +3.5R trade result for our Example Portfolio would result
in $350 in profit:

If 1R = $100, then 3.5R = 3.5 x $100

= $350 profit for that trade!
