have no savings and no source of income so we ask help
from our children who in turn already have their own

He has experienced success and failure in the corporate
world selling in different industries such as
Pharmaceuticals, Entertainment, Logistics, Gadgets and
Technology, and Automotive. Chico has also gone through
his fair share of profits and losses selling as an
Entrepreneur, specifically in the food and retail business.
Chico’s vast experience in sales in both the corporate
world and in business has been his launch pad in finding
his own PURPOSEFUL PASSION to teach and share the
knowledge he has acquired in all his years of selling.

Being a licensed speaker and Master Trainer of YOUnique

and D-I-S-C, a Consultant for Human Dynamic Philippines,
and Chief Inspiration Officer for Creating Purpose Co.
Chico teaches his audience the importance of
understanding themselves and the people around them
whether it’s finding your Purpose, Parenting, Selling,
Leadership and even Money Management. He helps reveal
a person’s uniqueness and shows “why we do what we

Steady and Corrective.

CHICO HAS BEEN AN EPILEPTIC SINCE HE WAS FIVE YEARS OLD. BUT THIS HAS NOT
STOPPED HIM FROM ACHIEVING HIS GOALS. IT HAS NEVER BEEN EASY BUT HIS
PURPOSE AND PASSION HAS HELPED HIM OVERCOME CHALLENGES THAT CAME
HIS WAY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO HIS CONDITION. THIS HAS ALSO BEEN
HIS MOTIVATION TO HELP OTHERS WHO FACE CHALLENGES IN THEIR LIVES.

Chico is an AB-Interdisciplinary Studies concentration in Management and Communications

graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University. His focus in Management and Communications has
helped him become knowledgable in Sales and Marketing which has been his line of work in the
corporate world ever since. As an entrepreneur, Chico has always followed his PASSION for baking
and creating. His current venture, Cookie Dream, is a business he developed from his very own
kitchen. This brand doesn't only showcase his delicious cookies, but it also represents the positivity
and optimism that he would like to share to others, as their slogan goes, “All Dreams are Possible.”

Chico wants to live up to his name: PASSION. His top priority is to help others find PURPOSEFUL
PASSION regardless of what stage of their lives they are in. Nobody is too old or too young to find
PURPOSEFUL PASSION. His message to everyone, LIVE PURPOSEFULLY and LOVE
PASSIONATELY. This is his life’s work

Chico has been happily married for 14 years to Karla, and has 3 kids, Primo 13, Alonzo 10, and
Manolo 4.
