IELTS INTENSIVE Training Agreement

This agreement made this 22nd of April 2019 in Bamban, Tarlac Philippines by and between.

SMEAG Global School, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with place of business located at Sitio Macapul
Brgy. San Roque Bamban, Tarlac, Philippines herein represented by MR. SEO BEOM
SEOK referred as the EMPLOYER.

The UNDERSIGNED of legal age is hereinafter referred as the EMPLOYEES.

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT, COMPENSATION AND EFFECTIVELY

The Employer will train the Employees a definite period of time from April 22, 2019 to May
24, 2019. The task is given by the immediate supervisor to comply faithfully.

Employees training fee shall be paid in a daily basis, NO WORK NO PAY, with an amount
of Three Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php 380).

EMPLOYER, however hereby reserves the right to terminate the trainees service and
dissolve the Contract at any time for any just and authorized causes as provided under
pertinent labor laws, rules and regulations, for any violation of existing company policies and
from those time to time be enacted by the EMPLOYER with proper dissemination
requirement.

After the training, the trainees will be evaluated and will select qualified teachers to teach the
IELTS Intensive 2019.

 TRAINING BOND

To assure return of investment, the trainees shall pursue IELTS Intensive as a result of the
evaluation made.

SERVICES AND INCLUSION

Upon request, the trainees location will be reviewed for free accommodation. The expenses
for house rentals, electricity and water will be shouldered by the company EXCEPT for any
damages made by the tenants during their stay in the apartment. The trainees will also receive
free lunch during the training by attending the whole day training.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have read and have fully understood the foregoing terms and conditions
of my employment with the Agency and that I accept the same completely.
