BOSS : Good morning everyone,thank you for being here on time.

BOSS: Okay,before we start make sure that all of you have the copy
of meeting agenda.

OTHERS: yess!
BOSS: okay,our purpose of the meeting today is to discuss about our
new market. because as you know our sale keeps increasing everyday
from march 2019 until july.So,I think it will be good if we expand our
market. What do you think about?

1: I think we should expand our market plan into overseas so that

we can get more customers and can make a lot of money.

2: Yes I agree with him/her..but if we will expand our market to

overseas, which countries should we export our products?

3: From my point of view ,we might export our product into some
countries in Europe such as England, Italy or germany

4: Yes we can also expand our market in countries like Australia or

new Zealand

2: Moreover it would be great if we can also export our products

into some asian countries such as china,korea,or japan!

BOSS: that’s really nice idea to import our products to US or

European countries like UK because as we know that foreigners are
 being crazy about tan skin,….but for asian countries like china,korea
or japan, I don’t think so because they want to have white skin.

5: yes boss I m agree with you,if we export or expand our market

there, we wont get lot of profit. Moreover, they strongly believe in
their culture that they should have white skin.

4&5: I think so!

BOSS:okay, we will move to the market target…..Mr./Ms………….
Can you tell us the current status of our market target?

6:yes mam/sir sure….as we know our market is only focus on 30-

40years old ages women.

7: okay! should we looking for a new market target?

8: yeah! I think we should expand our market target.
6: yeah! Our old market target is around 30-40age,its okay.however
we should focus more on the younger age around 17-22 because the
trend of tan skin is becoming more popular than before.
7: yes most of the people think that tan skin is very attractive to
other people.

BOSS: okay! I really like your idea. Like we will focus on the old
customer and looking for the new customer target.but im not sure
that the young age like 17-22, do they have money to buy our
products because as you know our products is quite luxury!

9: so, we should put our products in the mass market in which we can
set a price in different levels : low,middle and high prices.
10: yes, moreover to attract a new younger customer we also should
set a price to be cheaper for those who are students and those who
are workers that receive an average income or lower.

9: yes to do so we would gain more profit and a growth of our

company.

BOSS: OKAY
11: yes, I agree with you, but I think that we should create a small
size because some people may want to try before buy a big one.they
don’t want to waste a lot of money.

BOSS: okay, that’s really good ideas both of you…Now can all of you
suggest me that who should be the next ambassador?...because our
market will expand to international,so I would like to know who
should be our brand ambassador.

2: in my opinion, I think rihana because she has brown skin tone.

3: she is very famous and has many fans, so I think this is the best PR
technique to make our product famous.

BOSS: absolutely agree with you because she have tan skin,and she
is very famous. Maybe her fans will crazy about our product.

4: for me I suggest taylor swift because she is very famous singer and
she can create a brand image for our product.so that’s why we should
choose her to be next brand ambassador.
5: taylor swift is also okay but the problem is we are selling tan skin,
so our brand ambassador should have tan skin.
6: for me I choose kylie jenner .seems she is well known among teen
agers and has lots of followers on her instagram.so I think her
influence can draw the youngers to try our product.

BOSS: okay we have 3 persons in our mind- rihana, taylor swift,kylie

jenner.we will talk about this in next meeting
Okay as you know we will introduce our product to new market,
which promotion that we can grab our customer attention?

7: in my opinion we just expand to the new target, so we should give

a sample product to people wo buy our product.moreover giving a
20% of discount to people who buys more than 5000bath.

BOSS: I agree with you that we will give the sample product as a
small package,but I don’t agree with 20% discountbecause it will cost
a lot to our company……..okay I would like Ms./Mr…………. to sum up
what we agree with this meeting to make the clearly understanding to
all of us.

10 : so we talked about exporting our product to new countries{ US,

ENGLAND,GERMANY,AUSTRALIA}…as for target market we try to
focus on the new group which is teenager.now we also change our
premium product to mas product, so it is easier to sell the
product!finally our new promotion is that we would give product as
sample and vouchers for customers.
