6. Job Summary
To build a team that could design technical solutions with corporate sales for
customers to gain a vibrant sales position in market. To supervise project &
configuration executions of corporate customers and maintain the required
timelines. Design & help deploying new business regions and equipments to enhance
coverage & reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master In Business Administration
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Five (05) Years

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES


- Sound experience in Selling ISP solutions/ Networking Products

- Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in IT solution & ISP business selling

- Understanding of ISP solutions practices essential.

- Highly driven person with exceptional selling ability.

- Flexibility and commitment to job.

- Excellent verbal and written communication including presentation skills.

- Ability to develop and sustain good working relationships with people at all
levels.

- Understanding of cultural diversity, impact and implications.

9. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
a) REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have a computer/IT background in academics.

- Exposure in handling Corporate/ Government Accounts.

- Expand sales to include mass market accounts.


- Achieve allocated sales and revenue targets.

- Quality and close customer sales in the assigned accounts and leads-Support the
lead generation process to build a sales pipeline.

- Develops plans for each sector mentioned to achieve targets, sales and customer
service objectives.

- Directs the Account Managers and Account Analysts in the sales process, manages
customer Satisfaction in the process, coaches and develops people, manages budget
and builds relationships.

- Provides Reports of Customer complaints to senior management on the specified


timelines Responsible for being on time to work consistently and being flexible
to support activities that require off hours activities.

- Carries out regular market surveys to gather market intelligence.

- Act as HOD in his / her absence
