INSTRUCTIONS
i. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject an application for the issuance of duplicate
Pacca Certificate.
ii. A duplicate Pacca Certificate will be issued only in case loss/ damage or destruction of the
original certificate.
iii. Application should be made by himself/ herself, the same made by anyone also on behalf of
the candidate shall not be entertained.
iv. In case of damage to the certificate remaining portions of the Certificate are to be attached
with application.
v. Certificate “A” be attested by Head of Institutes & Certificate “B” attached by the Gazetted
Officer.
