Raising funds in KCNHS to help miscellaneous problems

Kidapawan City National High School right now is facing a huge problem regarding to the
student’s number overlapping the available building and classrooms to occupy and the student’s
garbage’s that scatters all around the campus. We can’t help but to accept this things because we
lack of funds to speed up the building to finish the structure fast to let a whole section occupy a
whole classroom in no time again. So with that said I have something in mind that can probably
help with this problems in fund.

Let’s face it: everything is relevant to money, some problems can only be solved through
spending some large amount of funds and that exactly is what we’re currently facing right now.
So in order to have a solution on that I have some ways and proposal to be listed in this paper.

First, we’ll have to organize all the store owners inside the campus to gather up for a meeting
regarding to my proposal. We’ll have to ask them to raise up their prices on their products to
₱1.00 so that the accumulated fund from the extra ₱1 on their products can be saved and put up
to the school’s fund to help the financial problems and miscellaneous. But before that we need
their permission and the student’s opinion. Whether if they are willing to buy the products with
extra price in order to help the school or not. If the plan goes successful we must do our best not
to put the money into the wrong hands. Therefore electing someone to keep the funds untouched
and they will also be the one who’s responsible to collect all the money that was accumulated in
the products.

Then, if all matters regarding to that plan is settled we can also put up trash bins all around the
campus to help the problem of the student’s garbage’s since we can afford them slowly through
the fund and we might also find a money-maker on those trash bins. It is when we put a
“Recyclable” on one of those trash bins and use those recyclable materials to sell it to the people
outside or to the students inside since there’s also some particular activities who’s in need of
recyclable materials to be made.

For this to work we need to cooperate and use our maximum effort time and money to achieve
this goal. It will not help only one people but to the whole school would receive the benefits and
solve the financial problems that has been giving us challenges ever since. Once we have
accumulated enough money we can also solve other problems that are been occurring around the
campus slowly and surely. It would be an honor to make this proposal in action.
