4. Function and action
4.1 Function

A. The upper of clutch

The upper of internal and outside clutches are fixed on the spinning
spindle and body. Matching oil cylinder makes the bottom of clutch up and
down. Then spin the rotary table to setting angle, and match it with the
upper clutch to be sure the accuracy.

B. Spinning clutch gear

Spinning clutch gear combines with clamping oil cylinder to match and
take off. As upper clutch gear takes bottom clutch gear off, spinning oil
cylinder will make bottom clutch gear and spinning clutch gear spin together.
Spin rotary table to setting angle to let bottom clutch gear and upper clutch
gear match together. Spinning Clutch gear takes spinning oil cylinder off to
finish the action of parting.
Clamping oil cylinder on the clamping position means that upper and
bottom clutch match together and rotary table is fixed with body. When
clamping oil cylinder is on loose position, Spin cylinder to drive clutch gear
spinning and make rotary table spinning.。

D. Solenoid valve
When solenoid valve is used on oil and air pressure circuit, it is better to
use automatic maintain. Use this kind of solenoid valve and break suddenly,
so it can prevent something dangerous happen and help action work again.
For example, when rotary table is spinning, it happens to breaking or oil
pressure stopping. The action of rotary table does not move. After feeding
power or oil pressure, rotary table will continue the action that does not
finish for next action.

4.2 Action of Spinning
The direction of Spinning

(1) Clamping oil cylinder→ Unclamp → LS2 check

(2) Spinning oil cylinder → Spin → LS4(LS3)

(3) Clamping oil cylinder → Clamp → LS1 check

※Remark : ( ) means left spinning

4.3 Trouble Shooting

When rotary table is period of action, breaking or un-accuracy parting
happens. Please follow the procession by using the way of hand-work.
1. Touch solenoid valve coil of clamping oil cylinder and make upper
clutch gear takes bottom clutch gear off.
2. Touch solenoid valve coil of spinning oil cylinder, make spinning
pallet return to original position step by step.
3. As spinning pallet returns to original position, touch solenoid valve coil of
clamping oil cylinder. Match upper clutch gear and
the bottom of clutch together.
4. Finish the all action.

※Remark: After every part of action, wait for the machine to finish action when the action is in a
hand-work way. It can prevent from damaging of the clutch.

5. Adjustment
5.1 the adjustment of limited switch

A. Adjust limited switch LS1 and LS2:

When it needs to adjust, clamp, and loose action that finish the signal of the
adjustment of limited switch LS1 and LS2, loose hexagon screw nut(picture
5-1).Then adjust the screw to suitable length and clamp
hexagon screw nut.

B. Adjust limited switch LS3 and LS4

When it needs spinning action to finish the signal of the adjustment of
limited switch LS3 AND LS4, loose hexagon screw nut (picture 5-1).Then
adjust the screw to suitable length and clamp the
hexagon screw nut.

5.2 Screw adjustment

When the rotary table bears heavier weight, according the
condition, please adjust the cushion valve between the two sides
on the oil cylinder; Refer to diagram 5-2, If you release the nut,
adjust the screw, and clamp the screw, the effect on cushion will
increase; On the contrary, if you release the screw, the effect on
cushion will reduce. After adjusting, please clamp the nut.

9. Trouble Shooting
When the machine broken, please solve below:
