Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the resting tank is

composed of:
- the main tank is characterized by:
• slanting axis cylindrical body of ~ 1° on the hori-

fectly connected. The bottom on the motorisation
side is welded on the planting, the other one on
the unloading side is bolted;
• container’s inner surface mirror polished (Ra

- inner agitator composed of:
• rotating paddles of special shape suitable for the
soft and homogeneous product mixing;
• shaft support paddles powered by motorized-
gearbox;
• supports for motor side with packing;
• support for door side by means of bushing;
- product heating system to keep the filling tempera-
ture. The system is composed of: Technology for jam with pieces
• outer jacket placed on the planting, composed of
outer coil crossed by hot water (supplied by the
customer);
• connections for hot water inlet and outlet and
manual valves;
• product temperature probe;
• rock wool isolation with outer covering made of

The machine is used to defreeze or effect a
preliminary heating of diced or whole fruit
and vegetables with discontinuous process
(or “batch”).
The machine is also suitable to receive and
mix the recipe ingredients.
It is fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel
and AISI 316 for the parts in contact con-
temporary with steam and product and com-
posed of:
- product holding tank with semi-
cylindrical bottom, fixed head and flanged
head;
- thermal insulation covered by stainless
sheet on the tank except the heads;
- suitably conceived steam circulation rotary
exchanger for product mixing; central
shaft at low thermal exchange driven by
motorized-gearbox with frequency changer
to adjust the speed;
- automatic valve for product discharge;
- upper cover driven by cylinder and hy-
draulic pump;
- washing system composed of 2 washing
balls;
- automatic thermoregulation by means of
pneumatic steam valve, manual steam on-
off valve, float condensate discharger.
OPTIONALS UPON REQUEST:
- Load cell system for ingredients batching.
- Thermal insulation covered by stainless
sheet on the tank except the heads plus ho-
ney-comb interspace for hot water circula-
tion on the cylindrical part of the tank.
- CIP return pump.

The machine is composed of:
- main tank fully made of AISI 316 stainless steel
with semicylindrical cradle and product holding
sides which are insulated with mineral wool and
outer sheet-steel, high thickness flat heads, upper
semi-cylindrical hood;
- adjustable revolutions rotating coil for mixing and
heating the product by means of steam circulation
at 3 bar;
- primary vertical tube condenser with condensate
collecting tank, condensate extraction pump and
liquid ring pump for vacuum. AISI 304 stainless
steel construction;
- DN250 butterfly valve on the connecting pipings
to the primary condenser;

valves to load liquid products; 8 litres barrel with
relevant valve for the addition of little quantities
of the recipe ingredients; pressure transducer;
sample intake; safety valve; thermoregulating
and condensate unloading valve for the rotating
coil; n° 2 windows and lights placed on the main
container; hinged hatch; 2 temperature transduc-
ers; ON-OFF automatic valve for the condenser;
set of valves and washing balls for C.I.P. with
relevant connections; vacuum-breaker manual
valve; connecting pipings of the above compo-
nents;
- steam on-off valve, steam filter, condensate dis-
charger;
- AISI 304 stainless steel frame with relevant lad-
der and working table.
