'- Manage personnel certification portfolio to achieve 100% compliance both for internal personnel
certification and GOI Mandatory Personnel Certification specified by ESDM and Kemnaker
- Coordinate w/ Compliance Assurance Advisor on compliance/certifications prioritizations related to
personnel certifications both internal and external.
- Develops and coordinates with operation teams and Ops. PDC members on the process of
training and certification program
- Provide report for Progress and Compliance Personnel Certificationt - Manages and monitors the
implementation of Competency Assessment trough Competency Management System (CMS) for
production operators, technicians and construction personnel are align with the objectives to identify
and improve their skill gaps.

Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a diverse staff (field personnel, Supervisors,
contract supervisors and peer employees). Ability to effectively influence outside of his or
her functional area. Accepts accountability and drives Occupational Safety performance
results.
Technical
• Demonstrated experience in onshore/offshore field operations, maintenance, construction,
and/or Occupational Safety is required. Demonstrated technical depth and field experience
with Contractor Safety, Permit to Work, Managing Safe Work, Motor Vehicle Safety, Process
Safety, Incident Investigation, CHESM, and Compliance Assurance is highly desired. High
skill on computer literacy is a must in using Excel, Power point, and words.
• Knowledge of general safety Standards (OSHA, NPFA, Managing Safe Work, etc) as well as
skills and experience in applying the standard in the real work.
Communications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to communicate at all levels in the
organization. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the workforce (Company and
Business Partner/Contractor) to grow competency in Safe Work Practices.
• Clear and effective communication skills to provide reasoning when stating proposals or
disagreement and computer literacy as key enablers for contributing to organizational
capability development.
• Capability to build productive, collaborative relationship in the effort to encourage
actualization of chevron winning behaviors.

1) Perform Verification and Validation and Coaching procesess of high risk activities in xxxx

• Create Daily report to customer (IODSC, Asset Team and FOS/POS Team)
• Monitoring Well Test Target and scorecard (Class/Tier compliance, AS, WGA, etc)
• Review and update OP/SOP and incoroprate lessons learned into OP/SOP
• Review and perform V&V on the compliance to Safety and OP/SOP including tracking and
monitoring action items status
• Verify contractor invoice both on report and Energy Component
• Facilitate Monthly HES and Operational Performance of Well Test Contract
• Join CHESM/F100 Review
• Coordinate and create report soon to authorized team (EC team, IODSC, Asset Team,
FOS/POS Team) for taking corrective action if there is anomaly data/wellfacility problem

process, data quality verification and report for further analysis.

• Review daily Trouble Shooting and SPS jobs. Develop schedule and manage resources
based on priority and resources avalibility.
• Involve in DIFA and FMEA.
• Able to work with IODSC, Asset team, PG&T, Operation, Well pad construction and
CHESM/HES team as part of a team.
• Review and update OP/SOP and incoroprate lessons learned into OP/SOP
• Review and perform V&V on the compliance to Safety and OP/SOP including tracking and
monitoring action items status
• Update daily, weekly and monthly SPS database and reporting.
• Update Financial / Contract Database and Reporting for all SPS contract.
