We are located approximately 44
miles from the Texas state line,
but due to bridges with weight
restrictions, we currently have to
travel 247 miles in Louisiana in
order to enter Texas. The orange
dots on this map indicate bridges
with weight restrictions that restrict
travel going in all directions.
Additionally, in order for us to
ship products south, we must
approximately 100 miles off route.
When we depart our facility, we
must travel west on Hwy 79/80
to Dixie Inn, La. We cross three
bridge in route to Dixie Inn, and
should state/federal agencies place
restrictions on any of these three
bridges, we will have no routes out
of Minden. Fibrebond would be
entirely restricted from shipping
projects to any customer.
