2. Prepare a copy of your 2018/19 session annual due receipt and attach to the form

3. All candidate are enjoined to read AGEESS constitution 2018

4. Campaign is not allowed on the day of election. Any candidate who violates this rule will have

his or her form removed.

5. Attendance of the screening exercise is compulsory. Any candidate absent will be automatically

disqualified.

6. Any candidate with incomplete application will be automatically disqualified.

7. Presidential candidate should prepare a 200 word essay on their vison and mission for AGEESS.

8. Candidates are enjoined not to deface the walls with there posters, Keep the department

environment’s clean and beautiful.

9. Use of faul language against other candidates is highly prohibited.
