ORDER

On June 25, 2015, the Board directed the parties to simultaneously submit
their respective Position Papers on July 30, 2015, but on the said date both parties
failed to comply.

On March 3, 2015, the Board set the instant case for clarificatory hearing in
order to dispose this case based on its merits. On the said date, only the counsel
for the complainant appeared wherein he manifested that the case be decided
based on position paper.

Hence, on June 25, 2015, the Board directed the parties to simultaneously
submit their respective position papers on July 30, 2015. On the latter date, both
parties failed to submit the directed position papers.

Despite the opportunity given by this Board to herein complainants, they

failed to support their allegations against respondent Bongolan.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Board hereby dismisses the

case for lack of interest to prosecute.
