The concept of education has a lot of approaches that has been coming out through all the

years thanks to the hard work of the different authors and pedagogic-teacher that gives all
their life to the study of this concept and the different techniques, methods, theory, etc. that
carry out this concept and how, can all that, be applied in the different parts of this world.
For that reason, it is a concept that constantly is changing in every aspect mentioned above,
but when it is mentioned change, does not mean in its whole aspect such as the theory
because the theory is the basis, the pillars of this process of humanization that is scientific,
rigorous, and systematic put it in Rafael Florés words; or the structure of the school (legal
aspect, community, structural spaces, etc.) but in its “superficially” aspect, that is when
didactic defined the effectiveness of the processes, all that theory needs a new
reorganization and a different perspective for the development in this new era. Education
must have the “job” to adapt itself for the needs of the community, in terms of approaching
the theory, the position of the “research” that would define the way of the teaching of a
guide.

If we talk of education we need to talk about pedagogy that is a “set of knowledge,

principles, norms, and laws in charge of education, as the study intentioned systemically,
and scientific of education as the discipline that has as purpose the study and solution of
educational issues”. (Lemus, 1973) is a sciences of psychosocial order of the community.
“The study object of the pedagogy are: teaching, learning, the curriculum, and the educative
management” (Flóres Ochoa, 1994) He says that pedagogy emerges as the critical
reflection of the teacher practices to change the focus of acquire knowledge and
information to put the focus on the life, development, and needs of the students. For the
comprehension of this concept and the reflection of it and of the education, is very
important to review the historicity and the theory to change what has been done wrong and
take what it works from each perspective.

Pedagogy should respond to a set of question that would help to clarify what the teachers
want to achieve with this process and how, ¿ What kind of human being does it want to
form? ¿Who should impulse the educative process? ¿What techniques and methods can
achieve better effectiveness? (Flóres Ochoa, 1994)
Jean Piaget, Vygotsky theories and other authors theories that are in pro of the pedagogical
model of romanticism according to Rafael, aloud the students to express with all the
freedom what they need and controls their own process of what to learn, and the teacher
was just the bridge throughout this process. Didactics plays an important role here, as the
“set of methods and techniques of teaching that propose all the pedagogical theories to
facilitates the achievement of the goals in this process of learning” (Flóres Ochoa, 1994)
Teachers creativity is important to help that autonomy of the students, times are changing
and now a days the students and their needs changes, time is shorter, everything moves
faster we are in a “liquid modernity” where the technological boom affects the teaching
practices, but teacher need to put that characteristic in pro of education each students is
different and the individualization of that process, helps to understand each student world.

When people think of education, immediately relate the concept with school, and it is ok
because school is the place where this word take place and it is developed formally. But
people tend to lean on all the responsibility in the school, but do not think that education is
also responsibility of the family and the community. That is what Nicolas Buenaventura
calls, “Triada” (school-family-society) the optimal environments where education takes
place; in that order, it is important the part of the family and the society in the process of
education of the students. The family because provide the values and it is where education
star at first, Emmanuel Levinas talks about the importance aspect of ethic in education, he
says that education without values is just a process of indoctrination. Values let us define a
respect status between student-teacher in a paralleling line (same level). The society
because that would define my identity and how I perceive the outside, the world, and the
interpersonal relationship of the students.

Education is an experience that we as teacher have to be sure, to make it significant for the
students and motivate them to keep going further in this amazing process, teacher must no
give the students everything but teach them how to think and to question themselves and
their own process.
