Gateway Blvd after receiving multiple 911 calls in reference to a male that just chapped a12 year old boy. The victim child was observed jumping out ofa moving vehicein the area ofthe 700 Bk of Hypolixo a. One ofthe callers proceeded o state they fllowed the suspect vehicle from which the chil jumped fom southbound on 195 and they were detaining the malen the area of 50 Gateway Blvd until PO arved nial Ofcers made contact with 12 yea old vic the 700 blk of Hypolixo RO. Officers observed thafifnad abrasions to his forehead, arms and hands, consistent with jumping out ofa motor vehicle.
