SUBJECT : Exemption of DARE Instructors

DATE : June 21, 2019

1. References:
a. Meeting of DARE Instructors with the RD dated June 10, 2019; and
b. Approved CMC re Implementation of DARE Program dubbed as “Ang
Titser kong Pulis: Kalaban ng Droga” dated October 25, 2018.

2. This has reference to the VI of the RD during the meeting with the DARE
Instructors on June 10, 2019 held at the PRO2 Conference Room re Implementation of
DARE Program for CY 2019-2020. In view hereof, direct your COPs to coordinate with
their respective Local Government Units (LGUs) for the budget allocation with regard to
the gas allowances and other expenses needed by the DARE instructors assigned in
their AOR for the implementation of the DARE Program from July 2019 to March 2020.
Further, as directed by the RD, the DARE Instructors are to be exempted from the usual
patrol duties and other undertakings such as attending seminars, trainings and police
operations for the whole duration of the program for them to concentrate fully in the
completion of all the requirements set forth in the DARE program. .

3. In view hereof, requests direct DARE Instructors in your AOR to submit the
schedule of lectures in their selected elementary schools in the Region that will serve as
your reference for the checking of attendance.
