Course description
Production/operations management entails the incorporation of various activities
and processes to produce products and services in a highly aggressive international
milieu. This course take takes in to consideration the management viewpoint about
business operations so as to maximize the productivity, profitability and sustainability of
the organization. Prominence will be given to exposure to concepts and quantitative tools
as well as ethical considerations in coming up with business decisions.

How might we design the strategy
