INTRODUCTION

Good evening fellow toastmasters and honoured guests.

It is my privilege and pleasure to welcome you to today’s meeting of the Global CC

Toastmasters Gavel Club. I'd like to extend a special welcome to our guests who honour
us with their presence today.

The objective of Global CC Toastmasters Gavel Club is to make sure that members have
the opportunity to learn communication skills to become articulate and eloquent
speakers - and the only way to learn is to do it.

Ladies and Gentlemen, there are 3 main parts of our Toastmasters club meeting.

Firstly, we’ll have 3 prepared speeches.

In Part 2, we’ll have the Table Topics Session, where members can practise their "Thinking
and Speaking unexpectedly on their feet" skills. Table topic speakers have 1 minute to
speak.

In Part 3 our General Evaluator will give an evaluation of the complete session.

Let us start today's meeting. For today's meeting Global CC Toastmasters Gavel Club is
proud to have 3 Toastmasters who will be delivering their prepared speeches.

FIRST SPEAKER

We’ll receive the first speaker for this session.

To present this project we have Toastmaster Diego Arellano Ángeles.

To evaluate this project, we have Víctor Andrés Ríos.

It is my pleasure to now call Toastmaster Diego Arellano Ángeles to give his speech “My

The second speaker for this session will be doing “Materialism in Christmas”.
