MILKTEA Refers to several forms of beverage found in many cultures,

containing some combination of tea and milk. Beverages vary based on the
amount of each of these key ingredients, the method of preparation, and the
inclusion of other ingredients (varying from sugar or honey to salt or
cardamom). Where did it from? Although there are several tea vendors that
claim to have been the first to create this now world-famous drink, the most
credible is Liu Han-Chieh of Chun Shui Tang Teahouse in Taichung. In the early
80s, he noted that Japanese people enjoyed drinking cold coffee and so he
tried out the idea with tea. His cold teas were so popular that his business
expanded and he opened several new branches throughout the city.

THERE ARE 5 BRANCHES THAT WE CHOOSE

TO TASTE:
1.) BUBBLE TEA KNOWN AS BBL TEA
They spent about two hundred thousand pesos before their milktea business
finally kickoff. It was on April 21, 2019, their milktea business was built at Vicas
Congressional Road. It was named as Bbl-T and it was the only Bbl-T branch then.
Bbl-T open at 11 am until 9 pm. The price of their milktea is sixty pesos for
medium while seventy pesos for large. During rainy season, they received about
one thousand pesos as their salary. According to the owner, their best seller is
Bbl-T special. It’s special because of the good taste and the pearls they added.
Also, the packaging of the product is pleasing to the eyes and nature friendly. You
can also play chess and the other playing cards while drinking your milktea with
your family, friends, and your loved ones. If you want a place that is comfortable
and worth for your money, then Bbl-T is the place to be.

2.) I LOVE MILKTEA

Salted caramel flavor that we're decided to taste and it is delicious and
tasteful like citrus blanca and the pearl is just right in the sweetness and
small. And for the venue it is nice because it's so clean but the space is so
small and crowded especially for the (tropa pits) that decided to go this. For
the other information about I love milktea is none because we forget to
interview the owner.
3.) HAPPY PAULS
It have take a while in my mouth because it's taste like heaven. Their milktea
is in a transparent bottled cup with sealed at the top. It taste sweet and a
little bit of lypton tea but the sweetness is on fire, and the pearl's taste
frankly nothing but delicious. The texture of the milktea is soft when you
swallowed it, the pearls are quite hard to chew. The atmosphere in the Happy
Pauls tea shop is great they have a dim light and it's feel comfortable. One
thing I like in the shop is they have board games to play for the customers. It
is located at Vicas Caloocan City at the back of Alfa Mart they also have
second branch which is located at FEU. They wanted to sell milkteas as long
as people wanted to buy their foods, we know that milktea is a seasonal food
as the owner said their selling rate is rapidly down because of the changes of
weather. The service crew in the shop is friendly she is always smiling and
fast to do her job. Their best selling milktea are Wintermelon, Javachip and
Chocolate flavors, they also have more milktea to choose in the menu they
also have frappes and cupcakes. Milktea is cost ranging 50 to 70 pesos they
have small, medium and large. I suggest you to try their frappes because it's
taste good. I rate the shop 9 over 10 because the pearls have no taste, sadly
because I like pearls but overall the shop is look great.

4.) RETRO TEA

Retro tea have so many branches it is located at Caloocan and Bulacan. The
flavor that we're choose to taste is Strawberry the size is large that cost 65
pesos. It's taste tasteless but delicious and for the pearl it so very delicious
because it is so sweet and cushy to chew. For the venue it's look old
fashioned because of the frames , chair and table. And it is good to many
people because their facilities is large and they have music if you want to
relax. Maybe for the milktea is tastleless but if you choose to try the frappe it
taste so good. I rate this branch 8 over 10.

5.) PINTEAREST
We decided to went to a nearby milk tea shop namely Pintearest. We ordered
okinawa flavor of milk tea , large in size and it cost 60 pesos. Their place was
a little bit small for a big quantity of costumers and the employees is kind and
they treated us well. We asked them if how much was the daily income of the
Pintearest but they were not able to answer because they said that it was to
confidential and they don't know it. Our second question was if how much
their salary and they don't answer also. One of the employee said that even
the salary of others was don't know by her it only means that they don't know
each others salary because if someone payed high than the other employees,
it may cause argue between them. We just agreed on what the employee said.
When it comes to their milk tea , it tasted good and their pearl was not the
typical pearl that don't have a flavor. Their place was clean, their chairs and
tables it is designed beautiful and had a good quality of wood. We think that
Pintearest earned high amount of money because their shop had a good place
for a lot of costumers.

For all the milktea that we taste, the most delicious is BBL tea and for the
venue it is Happy Pauls because they have books if you want to read and
game board. And we all know that milktea is so very popular in our
generation. Like if you want to get a business like this you need a uniqueness
to improve this. And milktea is so good like if you want to relax with friends
or family. But you need slowly eating this because it has a high sugar content.
And the cost of milk tea is very high like if you want to save your money.
