2. Engineers are t.he back bone oflhe country which ultimately participates In th• growth of
the country. They work day and night to achieve the goals. Engineering Organlr.nlons working
under the •dmlnlstrative control of the Gollernmenl of .oJ&K are not giving technlcal allowance
to lhe engineers, which Is totally Injustice as compare to engineers of KPK and i'ederal
Government Organltatlons.

allowance @ 1.S times of the lnltlal baste pay of the Engineers vlde Finance Oepartme_ni KPK

4. In view of the above, It ls requested that on nnes of KPK Government, a technlcal

allowance as admlsslble In the KPK may also be allowed 10 all Engineering cadres of AJ&K I.e.
1rrlpI;on, c&w, Housing. Development and sanitation authorities.
