Before we start, I will give you an idea about Napkin (Listen attentively)
Folding,

We have (7) seven different napkin folding styles,

a. Bishop’s Hat
b. Rose Bud
c. Pyramid
d. Clown Hat
e. Fan
f. Goblet fan
g. Candle

Bishop’s Hat – This is the classic diner napkin fold, but it

can be difficult to line up the corners in the cap and looks
like a hat of priest.

Rose Bud – This sophisticated cloth napkin design

benefits from stiff materials or light starch and stands on
base look like a rose.

Pyramid – This napkin folding techniques is simple, fast

and can be made easily with most napkins and stands on
base of triangles.
Clown Hat – A napkin that fold flap over back then turn
and stand on base.

Fan – This napkin folding techniques is elegant and

decorative, it takes the left tip side, bring it down to the
level pleat.

Goblet Fan – A napkin that turn back 1/3 of the way on

the folded end.

Candle – A napkin that turn over and roll from bottom to

top.

 It provides your table with the looks of being

interesting and elegant.
 To enhance your table presentation and create
harmonious atmosphere.
 It makes the table more festive.
 Protection against any drop of foods when put into
the lap of food eaters.

With same group choose your leader, secretary and
reporter. You will be given envelope that contains
materials for the activity, just follow the instructions that
can be found in your envelope.
Each group will be given 3 minutes to answer and 5
minutes for discussing in front of the class.
Activity 2 - Instruction:
1. Give at least 5napkin folding styles.
2. Describe at least2 napkin folding styles that choose.
3. Answer the question written on the Manila paper.
Give the importance of napkin folding styles.
Write all your answer on the Manila paper and paste it on the board.
