VENUE/EVENT AGREEMENT

1. Details of venue preparation should be fully indicated on the Venue Agreement Form.

2. Major changes of set-up during the event may result to additional fees. Changes in the function/event such as time schedule, arrival date, and any other related requirements, the client shall notify the management in writing or e-mail, within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the fixed function date, otherwise, the management shall not be held responsible for any cause which may result to insufficient food, improper accommodation, etc.

3. Advance reservation and payment is required. Down payment of 50% to be paid upon reservation. The 50% balance to be paid five (5) days prior to the event. Other charges incurred shall be settled immediately upon check out.

4. Cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation of Event 10 days, before the event will be charged 50% of the total amount computed. Cancellation four (4) days prior to the event will be charged full amount of the contracted price.

5. Venue hall is for 10 hours maximum use only, including preparation and pull-out of materials and cleaning of the hall. Additional payment is charged accordingly for exceeding the use of venue. Curfew time: 9:00 pm. The client may render advance preparation of venue if there is no booking prior to the event.

6. The responsible individual or party must leave the HALL and PREP AREA CLEAN and TIDY and return all the tables and chairs in their respective areas. Do not leave garbage in the premises.

7. No excessive noise.

8. Liquors and other alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

9. No smoking in all areas of the building and outside the premises.

10. Pets are not allowed.

11. Fire arms or any drug-related activity are not allowed.

12. Should there be POSTERS AND TARPAULINS to be displayed, the group shall seek an approval from the management.

13. The Management will charge for any loss and damage to property.

14. No loitering around the building and playing along the hallways and stair ways. Children should be supervised by adults at all times. The management shall not be liable for any loss of life or any accident that may happen during the entire duration of the event and stay at Gestdan Centrum Building. The management reserves the right to discontinue the event or refuse/ reject any guest of unreasonable behavior from the premises, without liability.

15. The Management reserves the right to dispose of items such as backdrops, food, and other sponsored materials used during the function/event after 24 hours custody unless a written document has been executed.

16. The Management is not liable for any loss or damage of clients property or personal belongings brought in the premises

17. The Management shall not be held liable for failure to deliver or comply with any of the terms and conditions as stated herein due to natural calamity, force majeure, or fortuitous event and other causes beyond control.

18. Corkage Fee (for outside caterers) of 2,500.00
